Studios. The engine rooms of recorded music. The space where creativity and technology meet. As exciting as the studio environment can be, unfortunately it isn't always a safe and inclusive space. Research and anecdotal evidence reveal that many women, First Nations, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and non-binary creatives have had anything but a good experience in some studios. This panel explores what an inclusive recording space looks like and how we can create more of them.
