MPEG Annual General Meeting

MPEG’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place online via Zoom on 29 October 2026.
All annual and financial reports will be provided to members 28 days prior to the meeting, in accordance with the AGM requirements.
The meeting will be held online, with the Zoom link provided to members via email ahead of the AGM. Please let us know if you need to update your email address or contact details to ensure you receive the meeting information and reports.
Voting & Proxies
All fully paid MPEG members will be entitled to vote at the AGM or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.

Board Election
Jimi Maroudas’s initial one-year tenure is now up for election by members at this AGM. If re-elected, Jimi will serve a further three-year term.
